  • "Go For Lander": refers to the non-recognized Belgian charity named "Go For Lander" (supported by Digiti, with company number: BE0876.774.981), which participates as a team in a 3-day cycling tour for the benefit of the charitable cause "Duchenne Heroes."

  • "Duchenne Heroes": refers to an annual mountain bike tour that takes place in September with the goal of raising funds for the Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

  • "Website": refers to the official website(s) of Go For Lander, where visitors have the opportunity to make donations in support of Duchenne Heroes.

  • "Visitor": refers to an individual who visits the Go For Lander website and uses the provided functionalities.

  • "Donation": refers to a gift made by the visitor in favor of Duchenne Heroes.

  • "User": refers to a registered visitor who uses the donation capabilities on the website.

2. Applicability

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all donations made through the Go For Lander website for the benefit of Duchenne Heroes.
2.2. By making a donation on the Go For Lander website, the visitor agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Donations

3.1. Visitors have the opportunity to make donations in support of Duchenne Heroes through the Go For Lander website.
3.2. The proceeds from these donations will benefit the charitable cause Duchenne Heroes and will be used to support the fight against Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
3.3. It is not possible to obtain a tax certificate for the donations for tax returns or other purposes.

4. Visitor's Responsibility

4.1. The visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data when making a donation.
4.2. The visitor guarantees that he/she is authorized to make the payment for the donation and indemnifies Go For Lander from any claims by third parties regarding the payment.
